General Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Service Return Policy

If you attend one of the in-person workshops you may have a 100% return of the money you paid for the workshop after the morning session completes. The morning session completes right before we go on break for lunch, typically between 12pm to 1pm. All that is needed is for the client to turn in 100% of his/her material and their notes taken during the morning session and a full refund of their purchase cost will be returned using the same method that was used to pay for the course. This process usually takes five to ten business days.
